  • Transfers of the Interbank Payment System in dollars (SPID): $5 USD for same-day transfers.

If you are a user of a personal account in BBVA, you have nothing to worry about. Bank transfers will continue to be free, and you can continue using this service without incurring additional costs.

How long does a bank transfer take?

The tiempo that a bank transfer takes to be reflected in the destination account may vary. Generally, in Mexico, the process takes about 20 minutes, although in some cases it may take up to a full day, depending on the bank and the type of transaction.
